30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at 1114900126@qq.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, and include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders, gift cards, clearance items, and opened mystery bags or bead mixes cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return the order within 14 days as required by applicable law. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
